day one

6:30am alarm. snooze.
7:00am second alarm. roll around in bed, read the news, check email.
7:45am make it to the office.
8:00am time to exercise. piit day one, let’s go. gogogo. 28 minutes is easy.
8:20am oh my god, i can’t do it. i can’tican’tican’t.
8:25am give up, still too sore. run a mile on the treadmill to make myself feel better.
9:00am at my desk.

I’m still sore from working out with Mum last Friday – my stomach and lats are still suffering 4 days later, goodness. Do better tomorrow!
